Hi, I'm Debo!

A French entrepreneur based between Paris, Dubai, and the United States with a deep passion for travel and beautiful interiors, I've stayed in more spaces than I can count. I have spent years staying in furnished spaces across four continents, from Edinburgh to West Africa, New York to Miami. Everywhere I've stayed, I've believed the same thing: a well-designed space has the power to make anyone feel welcome, no matter how far they are from their own front door. That belief became my business and that business is Haven Noire.

Haven Noire (meaning "Black Haven") is a premium corporate housing company operating between Paris, Dubai, and the United States to bring an international standard of hospitality to every property we manage. We partner with landlords and property managers to lease their properties and operate them as beautifully furnished residences for corporate travelers, relocating professionals, and short-term to extended-stay guests.

Haven Noire is US-registered, with operations managed entirely within the United States. Our dedicated US-based team is available 24/7 to handle every lease, every guest, and every property, without exception.

What is the minimum lease term?

We sign multi-year leases, typically 1 to 3 years, giving you long-term income stability with no re-leasing hassle.

Who handles maintenance?

We handle all light maintenance and coordinate any repairs needed to keep the property in excellent condition. You simply receive your monthly rent with zero deductions or surprises. For structural or major repairs, we notify you promptly and work with your preferred vendors.

What if there is damage to my property?

We treat every property as our own and our regular inspections catch issues before they become problems. Our rigorous guest screening through Truvi significantly reduces any risk of damage in the first place. In the rare event that damage occurs, we partner with leading short-term rental insurance providers, including Proper and CBIZ, to ensure full coverage and fast resolution. Your property is protected at every step.
